Sometimes putting your pet into a boarding kennel is simply unavoidable and it always feels so inconvenient! Boarding facilities are always a long way out of town which generally means an extra drive before you go and again when you return.

There are a few veterinary clinics which offer facilities for boarding cats, however do they really have enough room? Is your cat going to be their priority or will it be the patients in hospital? We have considered creating space to board cats here, however we quickly agreed that we could not provide enough attention, mental stimulation and of course enough space for a cat to be truly happy and relaxed for length of time. The veterinary environment really is for hospital patients rather than pets on holidays!
