A change in protocol for euthanasia
As you are well aware over the last few months we have not allowed anyone other than staff to come through the doors of our clinic.
Given the lowering case numbers and the results of repeat risk assessments we have decided to allow two people to be present in the event of a euthanasia.
Throughout the COVID-19 restrictions we have been extremely careful to ensure we can continue to keep our doors open offering our services to the community whilst keeping our staff and our clients safe.
We understand how important these final moments with your companion are and will do all that we can to ensure this time is as peaceful for you and your pet as possible.
In saying that, to ensure minimal risk you will be asked to fill in a comprehensive questionnaire before entering the clinic, you will be required to wear a correctly fitted face mask and we will request that you maintain social distancing at all times.
