Vaccination certificates are no longer required to gain entry to the clinic
Do not attend this clinic or enter the building if you:
Are COVID-19 positive or are awaiting test results for COVID-19 and/or
Have been instructed to isolate and/or
Are experiencing flu like symptoms
If you are a household/ close contact you may attend our clinic. We do not request proof of a recent negative RAT, however we kindly ask that you:
Follow all government guidelines in regards to self testing and
Wear a mask when inside and
Practice social distancing and
Sanitise your hands
Masks are encouraged to be worn while inside the clinic by both staff and clients, however it is no longer mandatory is you are not a household/ close contact
Density limits have been removed, however we ask all staff and clients to continue to practice social distancing where possible and practical
